Refund Policy

At APT EDUCATORS LLP, we strive to provide the highest quality education and training for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL exams. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund request for registered candidates {done for one to one consulting} should be made within 7 days of registration. Any request after 7 days from the date of payment will not be considered.
  • Refund requests by enrolled candidates must be made within 14 days of enrolment.
  • Refunds are only available if no more than one class has been attended.
  • Refund requests made after 14 days of enrolment or after attending more than one class will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact our support team via email or phone with your enrollment details and the reason for your refund request.
  • Our support team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Amount

  • If your refund request is approved, the full course fee will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Processing fees, if any, will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund request approval.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be provided for missed classes or partial attendance.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any additional materials or resources purchased separately from the course fees.
  • In cases of disruptive behavior or misconduct resulting in removal from the course, no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

  • APT EDUCATORS LLP reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time.
  • Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
